The Power of Stop!

It is difficult

to

explain

the power of STOP!

I learned it from cancer.

When your mind,

spirit, and heart

is thrashing and flailing and tantrumming

you cannot hear or see

what you need most

during YOUR adversity.

Stopping feels too terrifying!

It makes you Have to face “it”

and think!

It is much easier

to distract yourself

by thrashing and flailing…

But when you

Stop and listen

you open your heart.

You notice things more clearly.

You will see the tender mercies

that come to you

when God whispers.

The power of STOP!

Please…allow yourself to STOP.

It will change you, and possibly

that was the reason

for the adversity

in the first place!
